We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer with experience in façade or construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing client and subcontractor bills, quantity verification, BOQ management, reconciliation, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely and accurate billing. Similar façade billing roles typically include RA billing, BOQ verification, measurement tracking, subcontractor billing, and cost reconciliation
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit Client RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Verify site measurements and quantities as per approved drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and measurement sheets.
- Process and verify subcontractor bills.
- Maintain billing records, work orders, and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers,
Project Managers, and Accounts.
- Monitor project quantities, variations, and extra items.
- Perform material reconciliation and cost analysis.
- Ensure billing complies with contract terms and project specifications.
- Prepare MIS reports and support project commercial activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in façade or construction billing.
- Valuable knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Quantity Surveying, and Material Reconciliation.
