Job Title: Telecaller – IT & Digital Marketing

Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our IT & Digital Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Explain IT and Digital Marketing services, including Website Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and PPC.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and messages.
- Maintain client details and call records.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to support sales activities.

Requirements:





- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Basic knowledge of IT and Digital Marketing services.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to achieve calling targets and generate leads.
