- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition,
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Apache Administration, AWS Administration.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented programming principles and design patterns within Java environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software architectures.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
