- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, and regulatory requirements.
- Understand GST and tax-compliance workflows and convert them into clear product requirements.
- Gather feedback from customers, sales, support, and internal teams.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities.
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and product specifications.
- Work closely with UI/UX and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Coordinate product releases, testing, UAT, and rollout.
- Monitor product adoption, usage, customer feedback, and key product metrics.
- Identify product gaps and recommend improvements to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on changes in GST rules, e-invoicing, e-way bills, returns, reconciliation, and other tax-compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer-success teams to support product demos, customer onboarding,



and complex customer requirements.
- Manage multiple product initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, TaxTech, Accounting, ERP, or B2B software.
- Strong understanding of GST and Indian tax-compliance processes.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to convert business/customer requirements into product specifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum product development.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics tools, or similar platforms.
