ROLE

- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Present suitable properties and explain project features, pricing, and payment options.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information.
- Negotiate and assist customers through the booking and sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with Marketing Directors to ensure a smooth customer experience
