Clinic Manager | PassionFruit Top Notch Wellness | Koramangala, Bengaluru Full-time · 3–5 years' experience · Competitive, industry-standard salary + quarterly performance bonus

PassionFruit is a specialist clinic for sexual health, mental health and relationship concerns, led by Dr Shivadev M (MBBS, MD Psychiatry, FECSM). We see around 300 patients a month and are growing. We are looking for a hands-on manager to run the clinic day to day so our doctor and psychologists can focus on patients.

What you will do

- Run daily operations: appointments, patient flow, staff schedules, inventory and vendors
- Lead and train the front desk, patient care and support team
- Own patient follow-up and retention, and share weekly numbers with the doctor
- Oversee billing, daily cash reconciliation and coordination with our accountant
- Keep patient experience, privacy and complaint handling at a high standard
- Coordinate marketing vendors, online listings and doctor-referral activities
- Build easy standard operating procedures for the clinic

You will fit if you have

- 3–5 years managing a clinic or hospital department (IVF, dental, dermatology, diagnostics or similar)




- Comfort discussing sexual and mental health matter-of-factly and with discretion
- Strong organisation and comfort with numbers, spreadsheets and clinic software
- Calm with patients, firm and fair with staff
- English plus Kannada or Hindi
