Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare, modify, and update architectural, structural, and layout drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to incorporate drawing revisions and updates.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Maintain and organize drawing records, revisions, and technical documentation systematically.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and requirements.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings accurately.
- Support project teams by ensuring the timely submission of drawings and related documentation.
- Assist in detailing, dimensioning, and making necessary drawing corrections as per project requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D drafting.




- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and working drawings.
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or architectural industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of building by-laws and construction drawing standards will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of technical detailing, dimensions, and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
