Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Shift Manager to manage daily shift operations in the food industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining food quality and hygiene, managing inventory, handling customer concerns, and ensuring smooth operations during the shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily shift operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and guide staff to maintain productivity and service standards.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are followed.
- Monitor food preparation, packing, and order dispatch.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, and wastage control.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
- Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, and task allocation.
- Maintain daily sales, stock, and shift reports.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and food safety guidelines.





Required Skills

- Good communication and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of food industry operations.
- Ability to handle staff and manage shift responsibilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in the food industry, QSR, restaurant, cloud kitchen, or food production.
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Candidates with experience as a Shift Supervisor or Team Leader may also apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive, disciplined, and customer-focused individual who can manage daily operations, lead a team, and maintain quality and hygiene standards throughout the shift.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
