D Exuberance is an experiential marketing, events and brand activation agency based in Maniktala, Kolkata. We are hiring one Senior Client Servicing Executive to own client relationships from brief to final payment.

Responsibilities

- Be the day-to-day contact for 3 to 4 running client accounts

- Take briefs and turn them into plans, estimates and timelines with our production team

- Get client approvals and POs on time, and follow up billing and payments with our accounts team

- Be on ground with the client on key event days

- Guide two junior client servicing executives

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of client servicing in an events, BTL or activation agency

- Confident English email writing, spoken Bengali and Hindi

- Comfortable with estimates and costing in Excel or Google Sheets

- Available for event days and weekends (comp-off given)

Salary and advantages





- Rs 25,000 to Rs 32,000 per month, based on experience

- Salary credited by the 7th of every month

- Paid leave and festival bonus

- Conveyance and outstation daily allowance for travel

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
