- Site Surveying & Setting Out: Use surveying tools like total stations, GPS/GNSS, and theodolites to mark out levels, boundaries, and alignment for above- and below-ground installations. [1]
- Quality Control: Inspect construction materials (such as steel, cement, and aggregates) and supervise execution processes like concrete pouring, steel reinforcement checking, and curing
- Supervision: Allocate daily tasks to foremen, contractors, and construction laborers.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly work schedules and report project milestones or delays to project managers and upper management.
- Documentation: Maintain site diaries, daily progress reports (DPR), measurement books (MB), and material consumption logs.
- Billing Support: Assist in preparing measurement records for contractor billing and client invoices
- Health and Safety: Enforce site safety rules, mandate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), identify hazards, and ensure compliance with local labor and environmental regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
