The role ensures smooth daily functioning, high service standards, safety compliance, and effective staff supervision to maintain a welcoming and well-managed environment. Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or relevant field (preferred).
- Proven experience in lodge or hotel operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of facility management, housekeeping standards, and hospitality software.
