Overview We are looking for an Associate Director – Business Development to lead business growth and strengthen the firm's client and market relationships. The role will work closely with the MD and design leadership to identify new opportunities, develop strategic relationships and convert opportunities into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's business development and growth initiatives.
- Identify recent clients, projects, sectors and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, corporates, institutions, government bodies and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, pitches, proposals and negotiations.
- Work closely with the MD and design teams on key pitches, proposals and strategic opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships and expand the firm's professional network.
- Monitor the business pipeline and regularly report opportunities,
progress and conversions to the MD.
- Represent the firm at relevant industry events, conferences and networking platforms.
- Guide and mentor the business development team.
Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in business development, preferably within an architecture, design, engineering, real estate or built-environment firm.
Strong understanding of the architecture and design industry.
Well-established network of clients, developers, corporates and industry professionals. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Commercially aware with a proven ability to develop and convert business opportunities. Strong leadership, networking and strategic thinking abilities.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
