What is our requirement?

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented professionals to join our Launch Sales Team in Mumbai, handling new residential project launches and providing personalized property advisory to customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle primary residential real estate sales for new project launches across Mumbai.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective conversion of qualified leads.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities, from lead engagement to booking and closure.
- Attend and follow up on pre-generated leads through digital marketing and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, investment objectives and budget to recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, engagement meetings and property consultations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, end customers and leading developers.
- Educate customers about project specifications, pricing, payment plans, location benefits and investment potential.
- Handle negotiations with customers and assist them in making informed property purchase decisions.




- Convert prospects into buyers by showcasing suitable primary residential projects based on their requirements.
- Build robust relationships with developers and stay updated on upcoming launches, inventory and offers.
- Conduct comparative market analysis and provide relevant property investment insights to customers.
- Coordinate with internal CRM, legal and operations teams to ensure a smooth booking and after-sales experience.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure effective lead management through CRM.
- Build trust, communicate effectively, demonstrate high integrity and maintain a strong customer-focused approach.

Skills Required

- 2–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Primary Sales / Launch Sales.
- Strong experience in handling HNI clients, investors and end customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales, convincing and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with a hardcore sales profile.
- Positive attitude with the ability to take on new challenges.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai's residential real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be presentable, confident and customer-focused.
- Bike/Car with a valid driving licence and required vehicle documents is mandatory.
