1. Guest Experience & Customer Service

- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, personalised assistance.
- Explain Playhauz's facilities, gaming experiences, packages, pricing, and offers.
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable experiences.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure every guest receives a positive and memorable experience.

2. Bookings & Reservations

- Handle walk-in customers, telephone inquiries, and online booking requests.
- Manage reservations for gaming sessions, birthday celebrations, private parties, and corporate events.
- Maintain accurate booking records, schedules, and customer information.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely preparation for guest arrivals and events.

Billing & Cash Management

- Generate bills and process payments through cash, UPI, cards, and applicable payment systems.
- Operate POS, billing software, and booking systems.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and assist with daily cash reconciliation.
- Ensure billing accuracy and follow company procedures for refunds, discounts, and cancellations.
- Maintain proper documentation of bookings, payments, and receipts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
