Job Description
Rukmani Motors is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales & Service to manage electric two-wheeler sales, service operations, customer satisfaction, and overall dealership performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and service operations for electric scooters and bikes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve dealership profitability.
- Lead and motivate sales, service, and customer support teams.
- Handle dealership operations, inventory, and customer relationships.
- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support.
- Develop sales strategies and expand the local market.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory:
Experience in the two-wheeler industry only.
- Candidates with experience in two-wheeler sales and service management will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of electric two-wheelers (EVs) will be an advantage.
