1. Position: Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Have strong knowledge of the stock market, equity, intraday trading, futures & options (F&O;), and market trends.
- Guide the team in client handling, relationship management, and business development.
- Monitor team performance and improve sales productivity.
- Ensure professional client communication and compliance with applicable SEBI regulations.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in the stock market advisory industry is mandatory.
- Strong stock market knowledge is a must.
- Prior experience in team handling and sales management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.

2. Position: Sales Team / Stock Market Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with potential clients and explain the company's advisory services.
- Handle client queries related to stock market advisory products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Achieve sales targets through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow company compliance policies.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in stock market sales or advisory is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the stock market, equity, intraday trading, and F&O.;
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Freshers without relevant stock market knowledge or experience should not apply.

Eligibility Criteria

- Stock market knowledge and relevant experience are compulsory.
- Candidates from other sales industries without stock market experience are not eligible.
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and knowledge.
