Seanz Cruise is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base in Chennai. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

The role focuses on direct sales and field marketing, targeting schools, colleges, corporate companies, and event management companies for student trips, corporate outings, business meetings, and private events at Seanz Cruise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit schools, colleges, and corporate offices to generate business opportunities.
- Meet decision-makers and promote Seanz Cruise packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutions and corporate clients.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, share proposals, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Identify current business opportunities through direct marketing and field visits.




- Achieve sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting clients and promoting services.
- Willingness to travel for field visits across Chennai and nearby areas.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and target-oriented approach.

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary plus performance-based incentives.
