Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and qualified Registered Nurses and Assistant Nurses to join our home healthcare team serving patients in the UAE. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, monitor clinical conditions, and ensure the safety and well-being of patients in home settings.

Note: Personal hygiene and bathing duties are handled separately by dedicated private caregivers. Your core focus will strictly be professional clinical care and nursing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Patient Care:

- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and clinical treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Monitor,



record, and report vital signs and health condition changes.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely electronic patient documentation and nursing charts.
- Follow all clinical procedures, infection control protocols, and health authority standards (MOH/SHA).
- Educate patients and family members on health management, medication adherence, and post-care routines.

Requirements & Qualifications

Licensing & Education:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing.
- License/Eligibility: Valid MOH, SHA, DHA, or DOH (HAAD) license or active Eligibility Letter (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse).

Experience & Skills:

- Relevant clinical or home care nursing experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a empathetic, patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotational day and night shifts.
