MAINTENANCE ENGINEER – FACTORY

Job Description:

· Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedule for all machines & equipment.

· Attending to breakdown of machines / equipment and resolve it at the earliest.

· Analyze the root cause of breakdown and implement the preventive actions.

· Maintain the record of breakdown time for each machine / equipment and take necessary steps to reduce the down time.

· Planning & executing preventive maintenance schedule.

Qualities Required:

· Good communication skills, especially in English.

· Technical knowledge.

· Analytical ability (root cause analysis).

· Exposure to ISO 9000 standards.

· Should have experience of maintaining machines like Roll forming, Cutting, Band Saw, CNC bending, Hydraulic press etc.

Qualification:





· Diploma in Mechanical/ Production Engineering.

· B.E. in Mechanical/ Production Engineering.

Guidelines:

· Male

· SSC from Vernacular medium can also be considered.

(Good communication skills in English is preferred, should be able to communicate in English whenever required).

· Age: 30 yrs.
