Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will translate visual concepts into high-impact digital and print assets that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design promotional materials, social media creatives, web assets, and brand collateral.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Creation: Develop visual assets for digital and print formats, including social media posts, website banners, ad creatives, brochures, email templates, and event signage.
- Brand Consistency: Enforce and maintain visual brand identity, ensuring layout, color palette, typography, and tone remain consistent across all platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketing teams, and content creators to turn project briefs into effective visual campaigns.
- Editing & Revisions: Receive constructive feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to refine visual concepts.
- Asset & File Management: Prepare final production files for print and digital publishing, ensuring correct dimensions, resolutions, and file formats.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current on modern design trends,



emerging visual tools, and best practices in visual communication.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Upto 1 year of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities in typography, layout, color theory, and digital asset creation.

Technical Skills

- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma or Canva.
- Basic understanding of photo retouching, color correction, and image manipulation.
- (Optional/Bonus) Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects), basic video editing (Premiere Pro), or UI/UX principles.

Soft Skills

- Strong creative problem-solving skills and eye for aesthetic detail.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills to present and justify design concepts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
