Job description:

Al Salama School of Safety Studies is a leading safety training institute committed to delivering high-quality skilled certifications and industry-focused training programs. We are dedicated to guiding students from enrollment to successful certification.

We are currently looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team and support student admissions and follow-up processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective students and explain available courses and certification programs
- Guide prospects through the admission process and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Follow up regularly with students regarding classes, progress, and attendance
- Coordinate with students on fee payments and ensure timely collection
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, payments, and student progress
- Provide continuous support to students until they successfully complete their course and receive their certificate
- Work closely with the academic and administration teams to ensure smooth coordination
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets





Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, tele-calling, or educational admissions (preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with students
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Females Preferred.
- Candidates in and around Chalakudy and Irinjalakuda.
