Hiring: Onsite Coordinator – Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Onsite Coordinator in Bangalore with 3–4 years of experience in education programs, institutional partnerships, or business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with schools and colleges, driving educational initiatives, securing MoUs, and developing long-term institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools and colleges to connect with Principals, Chairpersons, Management, and Academic Heads.
- Schedule meetings and generate opportunities for orientation programs, workshops, training sessions, and student engagement activities.
- Promote and pitch the following key verticals:
- Mentorship Programs: Student training, workshops, orientation, and mentorship initiatives.
- Academic Integration: Institutional tie-ups for Foundation courses and K-CET, NEET, and JEE competitive exam preparation.
- Faculty Development Programs (FDP): Faculty training, development programs, and workshops.
- Prepare and present customized proposals based on institutional requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and develop strategic pitches for MoUs and long-term partnerships.
- Handle negotiations, documentation, follow-ups, and MoU closures.
- Coordinate institutional onboarding and ensure the smooth execution of programs.
- Maintain a healthy institutional sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.




- Track meetings, follow-ups, partnership progress, and program outcomes.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Experience in business development, sales, or institutional partnerships.
- Confidence in interacting with senior education stakeholders.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore for school and college visits.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in EdTech, education programs, school and college outreach, institutional partnerships, or B2B business development.
- Existing connections with schools, colleges, or educational institutions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
