About the Role

As a Commercial Presales executive, you will be the first point of contact for businesses looking for commercial space. You will talk to business owners, startups, brands and investors, understand what kind of space they need, and match them with commercial properties we have available for lease, rent or sale. When you find a positive match, you pass the client's profile to the commercial team to take it forward.

What You Will Do

- Call business clients and enquiries, and collect their basic details
- Understand their space requirements: type of property (office, shop, showroom, warehouse, co-working), size, budget, preferred location and timeline
- Find out whether they want to lease, rent or buy, and what the space will be used for




- Match their requirements with the commercial properties we have available
- When a property matches, share the client's profile with the commercial team
- Keep your call records and client details updated
- Follow up with clients so no enquiry is left unanswered

What We Are Looking For

- Any degree
- 6 months to 3 years of experience (telecalling, inside sales, B2B sales or real estate experience is a plus)
- Clear, confident communication in English and Kannada or Hindi
- A professional, patient way of talking to business owners and decision-makers
- Good listening skills, so you really understand what the business needs
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel or Google Sheets)
- A positive attitude and a habit of following up

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed salary of ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on your interview performance, knowledge and skills
