We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role involves working closely with leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR processes.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, and campus recruitment.
- Handle onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, transfers, and offboarding.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and performance processes.
- Ensure statutory HR compliance and maintain required documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS, recruitment,
and attrition reports.
- Support employee engagement and workforce planning.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of HR/Recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of HR operations & labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS.
- Strong communication & employee-handling skills.
- Personal laptop required.
- EdTech experience preferred.
- Hindi-speaking candidates are an added advantage.
