Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced F&B; Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day F&B; service operations.
- Manage and coordinate F&B; service staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate patient food service.
- Monitor patient room-service activities and food distribution.
- Coordinate with kitchen, production and other departments.
- Check food orders, room numbers and service requirements.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline.
- Train and guide F&B; team members.
- Handle operational issues and ensure smooth service.
- Maintain operational reports and records.
- Ensure high standards of patient and customer service.
- Support management in achieving smooth and efficient F&B; operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B; operations.
- Hospital, hotel or institutional food-service experience will be an advantage.
- Strong team-management and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of F&B; operations.
- Ability to manage staff and daily operational requirements.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational day and night shifts.
Salary
₹22,000 CTC per month
Salary may vary based on experience, skills and suitability.
