DemandNexus is hiring motivated candidates for the position of Lead Generation Executive to support B2B lead generation and outbound sales activities for the US market.
Responsibilities
- Research potential business clients and identify key decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Contact prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and follow-up records.
- Meet assigned calling, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.
Requirements
- 12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Good or excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and targets.
- Willing to work from the Kharadi office during the night shift.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹15,000 fixed per month.
- Experienced candidates: Up to ₹45,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and suitability.
Significant Note
This is an on-site night-shift role. No company-provided cab facility is available; candidates must arrange their own transportation. Immediate joiners are preferred.
