KVR Automotive is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Automobile Sales to lead and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The role involves managing sales activities, guiding Customer Advisors, monitoring leads and conversions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Allocate and monitor leads among Customer Advisors.
- Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries, prospects, and pending leads.
- Support the team in converting enquiries into bookings and sales.
- Assist Customer Advisors in handling customer queries, negotiations, and difficult situations.
- Monitor test drives, bookings, deliveries, and overall sales activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance and updating of customer and sales records.
- Conduct regular team meetings and discuss sales performance and targets.
- Analyse sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle sales and delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes,
and customer service standards.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in automobile sales or a related sales role.
- Prior experience in team handling or a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Target-oriented approach with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
