We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Counter Sales executive to manage our retail counter, oversee daily store operations, and lead our team toward excellence.

Role Overview

- Position: Counter Sales & Store Operations Executive

- Requirements: Valid Driving Licence, tech-savvy mindset, and flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities1. Counter Sales & Customer Relations

- Deliver exceptional service to every customer entering the store.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Recommend and upsell products based on customer preferences and special occasions.

2. Product Shelf Life & Display Management

- Master product knowledge, understanding the unique shelf life of different milk-based, ghee-based, and dry fruit sweets.
- Enforce strict rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out) to ensure zero stale products reach customers.
- Maintain pristine counter displays, ensuring everything is visually appealing, correctly labeled, and hygienically stored.

3. Store Operations & Staff Management

- Take complete charge of daily store opening, closing, and overall smooth operations.
- Supervise and motivate store staff,



delegating duties efficiently to maintain high productivity.
- Ensure strict hygiene and cleanliness standards across the entire retail floor.

4. Billing, Tech & Stock Control

- Operate the POS billing software efficiently for quick and error-free checkout experiences.
- Manage daily stock inventories, tracking incoming batches, current levels, and wastage.
- Reconcile daily cash and digital payments at the end of each shift.

Candidate ProfileExperience & Education

- Prior retail experience in a sweets shop, bakery, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or food retail environment is highly preferred.
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream.

Key Skills & Attributes

- Quick learner: Openness to quickly master our billing software and inventory tracking methods.
- Leadership skills: Ability to command respect and efficiently manage a small team of floor staff.
- Valid Driving Licence: Required for occasional operational errands or local coordination.
- Communication: Courteous, articulate, and fluent in the local language (multilingualism is a plus).
