Marketing Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for CINCO's residential projects in Erode. The candidate should have strong experience in real-estate marketing, project promotion, lead generation, brand building and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute project-wise marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage ATL, BTL, digital and offline marketing activities.
- Generate quality leads through digital campaigns, property portals, events, exhibitions, referrals and channel partners.
- Coordinate closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality, site visits and conversions.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis for Erode and surrounding areas.
- Manage marketing agencies, vendors, media partners and other external stakeholders.
- Plan and execute project launches, events and promotional activities.
- Oversee brochures, hoardings, creatives, videos and other marketing collaterals.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI and marketing expenditure.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for management.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.




- Identify recent marketing opportunities to improve project visibility and sales.
- Lead and monitor the marketing team and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Candidate Requirements:

- 6–10 years of overall marketing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction marketing.
- Experience in marketing apartments, villas, plots or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, Events and Lead Generation.
- Good understanding of the Erode real-estate market and customer segments.
- Strong communication, negotiation and team-management skills.
- Experience handling marketing budgets and external agencies.
- Ability to work closely with Sales and CRM teams.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
