Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Summary: An interior designer is tasked with designing and creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and protected interior spaces for various clients. They collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals to plan and execute interior design projects, considering the client's goals, budget, and style preferences.

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their design goals, preferences, and budget constraints. Gather information on the scope of the project and the client's specific needs.

Space Planning: Develop layout plans and space utilization strategies to maximize the functionality and efficiency of interior spaces. This includes considering furniture arrangement, traffic flow, and accessibility.

Concept Development: Create design concepts and mood boards that showcase the proposed design aesthetic, color schemes, materials, and finishes to help clients visualize the final design.

Material and Furniture Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories to match the design concept, budget, and functionality requirements.

Color Coordination: Select and recommend color schemes that harmonize with the overall design and the client's preferences.

Lighting Design: Plan and implement lighting schemes that enhance the ambiance and functionality of the space, including natural and artificial lighting.

Project Management:



Oversee the entire design process, which may involve coordinating with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the design is executed as planned and on schedule.

Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for interior design projects, ensuring that expenses are kept within the allocated budget.

Presentation: Communicate design concepts and plans to clients through drawings, renderings, and presentations to obtain approval and feedback.

Sourcing and Procurement: Source and order furniture, materials, and fixtures, and coordinate deliveries and installations.

Site Visits: Conduct site visits to inspect work progress, address any issues, and ensure that the design is being implemented correctly.

Building Codes and Regulations: Stay updated on building codes and regulations to ensure that designs comply with safety and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Project management and budgeting skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
