Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Engagement: Welcome prospective buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through our vehicle inventory.

· Product Expertise: Conduct engaging vehicle walkarounds and highlight key features, technology, and safety specifications.

· Test Drives: Organize and accompany clients on safe, memorable test drive experiences.

· Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing, present financing/trade-in options, and close sales agreements.

· Relationship Management: Maintain follow-ups with leads and deliver exceptional post-sales support to foster long-term customer loyalty.

· Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales and test-drive targets.

Required Skills:

· Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.

· Tech-savvy (familiarity with CRM software is a plus).





· High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Minimum qualification: Graduates are preferred.

· Experience: Prior experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply!).

· Driving License: Valid driving license is mandatory.
