Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.

Provide speech and language therapy sessions.

Treat patients with communication and swallowing difficulties.

Monitor and document patient progress.

Educate patients and family members about therapy and home exercises.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate patient records and therapy reports.

Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control practices.
