Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinic Operations & Management
Oversee end-to-end day-to-day operations of clinic and store
Ensure smooth functioning of vet consultations, diagnostics, grooming & pharmacy
Ensure clinic opening/closing and adherence to SOPs

2. Sales & Business Growth
Drive revenue through consultation, grooming, pharmacy & retail sales
Analyze sales trends based on daily footfall, conversion & customer behavior
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Upsell and cross-sell relevant pet care services and products

3. Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional customer experience for every pet parent
Handle customer queries, feedback & complaints professionally
Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat visits and referrals

4. Store Visuals & Merchandising
Maintain high standards of clinic presentation, hygiene and merchandising
Ensure proper display of retail products as per planogram

5. Inventory & Stock Management
Manage inventory,



conduct regular stock audits and maintain optimal stock levels
Coordinate for timely reordering to avoid stock-outs
Control expiry, damages and pilferage

6. Finance & Compliance
Handle cash, POS, online payments and daily reconciliation with 100% accuracy
Ensure proper billing, daily reporting and documentation
Implement and monitor SOPs across all clinic operations

7. Team Coordination
Coordinate with veterinarians, groomers, and support staff for seamless operations
Ensure team attendance, discipline and grooming standards

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Retail Store Management / Clinic Management / Hospital Front Office / QSR / Pharmacy
Solid leadership, problem-solving and ownership mindset
Excellent customer engagement, communication and sales skills
Comfortable with targets, billing software and daily reporting
Passion for pets is a big plus
