Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Salesman to join our team in the mobile accessories and IT products trading industry. The ideal candidate should have good sales and communication skills, product knowledge, and experience in retail or wholesale sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling mobile accessories and IT products, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell mobile accessories, IT products, and related electronic items.
- Handle customer inquiries and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Generate new sales opportunities and follow up on customer leads.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle wholesale and retail sales inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders as required.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock availability and report fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Stay updated on recent products, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.




- Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team when required.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to business development.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales of mobile accessories, IT products, electronics, or related products is preferred.
- Experience in wholesale sales and customer handling is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of mobile accessories, computer accessories, and IT products.
- Familiarity with MS Office, sales software, or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
