Job Description

Thaamarai World School is seeking a qualified, experienced, and passionate Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Physics and the ability to explain scientific concepts clearly through effective teaching methods, practical demonstrations, and real-world applications.

Candidates with teaching experience in reputed CBSE schools are preferred. All educational qualifications must have been completed through regular mode.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physics according to the CBSE curriculum and academic standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Explain theoretical concepts and demonstrate practical applications of Physics.
- Conduct practical sessions and laboratory activities in accordance with safety procedures.
- Develop students' analytical thinking, scientific reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records.
- Identify students' learning difficulties and provide appropriate academic support.




- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage scientific curiosity.
- Monitor academic progress and communicate with parents when required.
- Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, and school activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Master's degree in Physics is mandatory.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- All educational qualifications must have been completed through regular mode.
- Teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
- Good communication skills and a student-focused teaching approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous teaching experience in a reputed CBSE or international school.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum requirements and assessment methods.
- Ability to integrate practical demonstrations and technology into teaching.
