- Administrative & Supervisory: Assist the Director of Sports with staff training, work assignments, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Program Implementation: Supervise physical education (PE) and athletic programs across institutions or facilities.
- Event Coordination: Organize inter-house, inter-class, and campus-wide tournaments or seasonal sports camps.
- Resource & Budget Management: Monitor inventory, track equipment condition, and handle purchasing within set financial limits.
- Progress Tracking: Evaluate student-athlete fitness levels, compile performance reports, and adjust training modules as needed. [1]

2. Job Specification (Requirements & Qualifications)

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed), Sports Coaching, or an MBA in Sports Management.
- Experience:



Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in sports coaching, athletic administration, or physical education.
- Competitive Background: Playing or coaching experience at the State, University, or National level is a preferred advantage.
- Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in computer/administrative software, robust leadership, conflict resolution, and communication abilities.
- Certifications: Standard safety or clinical credentials (such as CPR or AED certification) depending on the facility. [1]

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
