To manage supply chain activities and warehouse operations, ensuring proper inventory control, timely dispatch, warehouse cleanliness, maintenance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with suppliers for product availability and timely procurement.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on pending supplies.
- Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain proper stock records and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Manage warehouse storage, material identification and stock arrangement.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for stock availability and order requirements.
- Ensure timely picking, packing and dispatch of goods as per customer orders.
- Coordinate with transporters for delivery and shipment tracking.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.




- Maintain records of inward, outward, returns and damaged goods along with RMA .
- Ensure regular warehouse cleaning, housekeeping and proper storage practices.
- Monitor warehouse infrastructure and arrange timely maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure fire extinguishers, fire exits and safety equipment are accessible and maintained as per schedule.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales & Accounts teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills: Inventory management, warehouse operations, MS Excel, documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
