Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, order processing, inventory management, and sales performance. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
- Handle marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
- Monitor orders, dispatches, deliveries, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer support teams.
- Track sales performance, marketplace reports, product rankings, and inventory levels.
- Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and online sales activities.
- Handle customer queries and resolve marketplace-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain accurate product information.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales, product visibility, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or Marketing will be preferred.
