Job Description

NEOM Diagnostic is looking for an experienced, responsible, and well-organized female candidate to manage OPD reception, patient coordination, and floor operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and relevant experience in hospital or diagnostic centre management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage OPD reception and patient registration.
- Handle doctor appointments, patient bookings, and token management.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and other staff members.
- Guide patients to the appropriate departments and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Manage OPD billing, payment collection, and receipt generation.
- Maintain patient records, appointment registers, and daily reports.
- Monitor patient waiting time and manage patient queues efficiently.
- Handle patient queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate daily OPD activities and ensure smooth floor management.
- Maintain proper discipline, cleanliness, and a professional environment at the reception and OPD floor.
- Ensure excellent patient service, hospitality, and front-office management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification:



Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospital, diagnostic centre, clinic reception, or OPD management.
- Previous experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and floor management is required.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Hospital Management Software (HIMS/LIS) will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and basic English.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and patient-handling skills.
- Polite behaviour, skilled attitude, and the ability to work in a team.

Local Candidate Preference

- Local candidates from Berhampore and nearby areas will be preferred.
- Candidates should be able to commute to the workplace regularly.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.
