We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to Supervise Fabrication Shop Floor to Manage day-to-day fabrication activities, manpower, production schedules, quality requirements and safety.
Candidates should have experience in structural steel fabrication, transmission tower fabrication, angle punching, cutting, drilling, bending, welding and assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and allocate manpower for operations.
Understanding of fabrication drawings, specifications and BOMs.
Monitoring and maintenance of CNC and other machines.
Ensuring quality in production and optimization of material consumption.
