We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in billing and project planning for building construction projects. The candidate will manage quantity measurements, prepare and verify bills, monitor costs, and support project schedules to help deliver work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs and verify work completed against drawings, specifications, and site measurements.
- Prepare client bills and review subcontractor bills with accurate supporting documentation.
- Track planned versus actual quantities, progress, and costs; report variances to the project team.
- Develop and update project schedules, look-ahead plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, and commercial teams to forecast material and resource requirements.
- Assist with rate analysis, variation claims, reconciliation, and project cost reports.
- Maintain explicit records of measurements, billing submissions,



approvals, and schedule changes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience on building construction projects, with hands-on responsibility for both billing and planning.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, measurement practices, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Proficiency in Excel and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Good analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work closely with site teams and meet reporting and billing deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
