Job Description

MOONSTRUCK is a clothing brand under Modern Circus Private Limited, dealing in B2B and wholesale apparel. We have our own manufacturing unit and specialise in customised clothing designs.

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Production Manager with basic knowledge of clothing and garment manufacturing to manage daily production activities and ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily garment production activities.
- Coordinate with tailors, workers, and other production staff.
- Understand clothing designs, fabric, stitching, sizing, and garment finishing.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely order completion.
- Monitor product quality and minimise fabric and material wastage.
- Manage raw materials, inventory, and production requirements.
- Handle customised orders as per client specifications.
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, sampling, and dispatch.




- Maintain basic production records and track order progress.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of clothing and garment manufacturing.
- Experience in a garment factory or apparel production unit is preferred.
- Knowledge of stitching, cutting, fabric, sizing, and finishing.
- Good management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle workers and manage multiple orders.
- Responsible, organised, and focused on quality and deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
