SALARY

- 6–12 Months Experience: Rs. 28,000 per month
- 1–2 Years Experience: Rs. 32,000 per month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to Australian customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Promote solar, battery storage, and energy-efficiency solutions.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a good customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

- 6 Months – 3 Years of experience in International Voice, Inside Sales, or International Sales.




- Robust verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good sales, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Experience handling Australian customers or the Australian market will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Sector 20, Gurugram.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
