Job Summary

Bazar Mela Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Manager to lead franchise development, expand the company's franchise network, and manage franchise partner relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding franchise partners, monitoring franchise performance, and ensuring smooth operations in line with company policies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across assigned regions.
- Generate franchise leads through market research, networking, and business development activities.
- Connect with prospective franchise partners and explain the company's franchise business model.
- Conduct meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential investors and franchise owners.
- Manage the complete franchise acquisition process, from lead generation to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners.
- Coordinate franchise agreements, documentation, and onboarding formalities with the relevant departments.
- Monitor franchise performance and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
- Support franchise partners in business planning, operational setup, and business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal, to ensure smooth execution.
- Track franchise expansion targets, sales performance, lead conversion,



and business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports on franchise pipeline, onboarding status, market opportunities, and performance.
- Conduct market visits to identify expansion opportunities and assess local business potential.
- Address franchise partner concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in franchise development, business development, sales, or channel management.
- Experience in franchise acquisition, partner management, or retail expansion is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into successful partnerships.
- Positive understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and business operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for franchise development and partner meetings.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, distribution, or franchise-based businesses will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
