Required Tender Executive with 2 years plus experience to handle the end-to-end tendering process, including tender study, preparation of technical and commercial documents, submission, and tender tracking.
Qualification - Engineering graduate or diploma holder.
Knowledge of GEM portal essential.
Job description -
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from various sources
- Interpret tender requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information
- Ensure all tenders are submitted within the stipulated deadlines
- Follow up on submission status
- Prepare bid documents as per the tender requirements
- Monitor the tender submission process
- Prepare MIS on daily and monthly basis
- Keep record of Tenders and payments
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
