Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeller to develop accurate and high-quality 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The candidate will work on Scan- to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM, and BIM modelling projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, LOD requirements, and client standards.

Key Responsibilities ∙

- MEP Modelling: Develop detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC, ductwork, piping, plumbing, electrical systems, cable trays, equipment, and related building services.
- Scan-to-BIM / CAD-to-BIM: Create accurate as-built BIM models from point-cloud data, laser scans, and 2D engineering drawings.
- ∙Drawing Interpretation: Understand and interpret MEP layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and technical specifications.
- ∙Model Coordination: Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural (AS) models, identify clashes, and support clash resolution.
- ∙Quality Control: Ensure model accuracy, completeness, correct element placement, parameter assignment, and compliance with LOD and client requirements.

Technical Skills & Software





- ∙Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- ∙Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and piping systems.
- ∙Experience in Scan-to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM, or as-built modelling is preferred.
- ∙Familiarity with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model coordination.
- ∙Understanding of LOD requirements, BIM standards, and MEP modelling workflows.
- ∙Knowledge of Autodesk ReCap, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and BIM automation tools is an advantage.

Experience

- ∙2–5+ years of relevant MEP BIM modelling experience in the AEC or engineering services industry.
- ∙Ability to interpret engineering drawings and develop accurate, coordinated BIM models.
- ∙Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality. ∙Ability to work effectively within a team and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
