Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage the hotel's inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure the timely availability of food supplies, beverages, housekeeping materials, and other hotel essentials.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify goods delivered by suppliers against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and balances.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all hotel supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Check expiry dates, product quality, and storage conditions.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
- Maintain proper documentation,



including GRNs, requisitions, and stock registers.
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and inventory control procedures.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a hotel or hospitality establishment preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and inventory software.
- Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000–₹28,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Other benefits as per hotel policy.
