We're building at Fundizr, a startup serving 65,000+ users across India, Africa, Europe and the UAE.

We're a team of 5, all under 25. We move fast, experiment a lot, and learn by doing.

Now we're looking for a Business Development Intern to join us and work closely with the founding team.

No meaningless tasks. You'll get real responsibilities, access to useful tools, and a chance to see how startups and fundraising work behind the scenes.

What you'll do

- Research startups and identify investors that match their stage, sector and fundraising goals.
- Find relevant investors using our research tools and databases.
- Write personalised investor emails and follow-ups.
- Join calls with founders, understand their fundraising needs, and help them get onboarded.
- Manage founder communication, meeting schedules and outreach pipelines.
- Help improve our research and business development processes.

Who we're looking for

- Someone genuinely interested in startups, venture capital, finance or entrepreneurship.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable writing professional emails and speaking with founders on video calls, with your camera on.
- Good at research, organised,



and willing to figure things out independently.
- Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.

Students studying Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Management or related fields are encouraged to apply. Previous startup experience is a plus, not a requirement.

How we work

We're a small, fast-moving team. Priorities can change, and not everything comes with a step-by-step manual.

We work 6 days a week, with flexible hours and a strong focus on outcomes. You'll need to manage your time, communicate clearly and get things done.

You don't need to know everything already. We value curiosity, initiative and the ability to learn quickly.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
