We are looking for motivated and experienced Freight Brokers who want to grow their careers in the US freight and logistics industry.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Freight Brokers with knowledge of the US trucking and freight brokerage market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build long-term relationships with carriers, and a results-oriented approach to managing daily freight operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, contact, and develop relationships with carriers for freight transportation.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate freight shipments and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation-related issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and other business partners.
- Manage daily load bookings, rate confirmations, and shipment updates.
- Work toward individual and team performance targets.




- Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction throughout the shipping process.

Requirements

- Previous experience in US freight brokerage or freight brokering is required.
- Positive understanding of the US trucking and logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with load boards, carrier sourcing, and rate negotiation is preferred.
- Willingness to work the US night shift.
