We're hiring a senior barista for a premium café in Bengaluru, with strong specialty-coffee experience and positive guest service.
What we're looking for:
- Proven hands-on experience in a specialty-coffee café.
- Strong espresso preparation and milk-texturing skills.
- Good guest service and clear communication.
- Fluency in Kannada and English.
- Currently based in Bengaluru.
Schedule:
- 9-hour shifts.
- One weekday off each week, not on a weekend.
- Café operating hours: 9:30am-8:30pm.
Compensation:
₹30,000-₹40,000 per month, CTC, not take-home pay.
